    • Healing from Abuse

If you or anyone you know has been abused or victimized by someone representing the Catholic Church, know of our deep sorrow and prayers for healing. We desire a swift and just response for all victims of such abuse. Any and all abuse should first be reported to the appropriate civil authorities.

Your local Victim Assitance Coordinator is available to listen, assist with needs, and offer support, as well as make a formal complaint and arrange a personal meeting with the bishop or his delegate (if desired) in this archdiocese or in another archdiocese/diocese.

Our regional Victim Assistance Coordinator is:
      Janell Rasmussen
Deputy Director of Ministerial Standards and Safe Environment
      651.291.4475

Read this informational pamphlet about abuse and what to expect when reporting.
Learn more here about how to report abuse and about the resources available to you.

    • Healing from Abortion

A Rachel’s Vineyard retreat is a weekend opportunity for women and men to resolve issues of guilt, shame, pain, grief, and anxiety after an abortion. The retreat provides a safe and sacred place for you to open up to our Lord and unburden yourself without fear. You will be able to grieve, work on any anger, forgive yourself, reconcile with God, and reconcile with your children. Rachel’s Vineyard Twin Cities' retreats are open to anyone impacted by abortion - women, men, grandparents, siblings, and health care professionals.

Learn more about Rachel's Vineyard here.
