    Extreme Faith Camp
      • Join the Waitlist
    • EFC provides an engaging uniquely Catholic experience in which middle school teens can encounter Christ while participating in tons of fun summer camp activities (including swimming, zip-lining & other high adventure activities). Current 6th - 8th graders are welcome.  See below for high school opportunities.

WHEN: Extreme Faith Camp (EFC) will be hosted July 6-10th 2026 for Holy Family youth!
LOCATION:  Trego, Wisconsin (transportation will be provided)

    • Registration is full, click above to join the waitlist.

Please note that spots are limited. Payment plans and  scholarships are available. You must fill out a registration for each child attending (current 6th-8th graders). The cost is $485 per camper.

Please contact Jonathan Schwartzbauer ([email protected]) with any questions.

    • high school & Adult Leaders

EFC also provides high school and adult leaders opportunities to grow in discipleship. High school students (grades 9-12) who are interested can fill out an application to either be on prayer team or extreme team  to be returned to Jonathan.

      Prayer Team
9th grade High School Students are invited to serve as members of the Prayer Team. Spend the week interceding for the campers, serving in various behind the scenes roles as needed, and, most importantly, deepening their own interior life with the Lord. This prepares these 9th grade students to serve not only as Extreme Team leaders in following years, but also as leaders in their parish. Prayer Team applications are open to current 9th and 10th grade students.

      Extreme Team
10th-12th grade High School Students are invited to come and serve as members of the Extreme Team (ET). They serve as small group leaders for a group of middle school campers. ET will disciple and guide the campers through camp activities and prayer. This is an opportunity for high school students to engage in the church’s mission of discipleship and is extremely impactful on the future faith life of the high schoolers leading and the campers they serve. Extreme Team applications are open to current 10-12th grade students (unless other arrangements have been made.)

    • Registration for High School Students
High School registration will be handled via application process. Once filled  out, students can turn in their applications to Jonathan (in person, email or drop off at the parish office). A link to register and payment will be sent after application has been completed. Cost is $485 per student.

      Adult Leaders Needed

Adult leaders serve in a variety of capacities at camp as small group leaders, as floaters who serve as needed, or various other roles depending on need and talent. Please reach out to Jonathan if you are interested!
