  • Thank you, Sponsors!

    • Are you or your business able to help sponsor this year's festival? Sponsors are eligible for advertisement through our printed materials as well as with signage at the festival.

  • At the Festival

    • Parking Changes
      • Due to the festival being in the church parking lot, there will be some adjustments to parking availability leading up to and during the festival.

Beginning Tuesday, the east side of the church parking lot will be closed. You may still pull through, park along the fence, and park near the adoration chapel.

Beginning Friday afternoon, the back church parking lot will be closed for tent setup. You may park in the diagonal spots along the church building and in the front.

Saturday, the entire church parking lot is closed beginning at 7am until 4:30 pm. The front lot will be available after the inflatables have been removed.

Temporary handicap spots will be marked along Zarthan Ave. Click here to bid on a reserved parking spot for the day of the festival!
    • Cash Raffle
      • We ask that all families of the parish sell at least fifteen raffle tickets for a total of $150 in order to help fund the festival. Tickets may be returned through the offering baskets, to the church office by Sept. 12, or to the raffle tent at the festival by 4:30pm.

The family that sells the most tickets will be contacted two weeks after the festival to claim the $50 prize. All returned tickets need to be in an envelope with the family name in order to get credit toward the $50 prize. Be sure to pick up your tickets!
    • Used Book Sale
      • Our Fall Festival will include a used book sale! Used books for the sale can be brought to the church office during regular hours from August 10th until September 11th.
    • Silent Auction
      • We are still looking for donations of:

        - Getaways:  Cabin stays, vacation rentals, or timeshares.

        - Fun Activities:  Themed game nights, escape room experience, sports activities
        - Shared Talents:  Cooking lessons, art classes, photography sessions, tutoring services, outdoor adventures, handyman services

If you can host an event, provide a service, or donate a stay, please email Molly Jackett at [email protected] with your idea.  Thank you for your generosity.

For the first time ever, you have the ability to bid on a reserved parking spot for the festival! Skip the hunt for a parking spot and the long walk at the end of the best day of the year. This special auction item is open now!

If you are a non-competitive baker, consider lending your talents to our Bake Sale (information below)!
    • Bake Sale
      • Please consider donating baked goods or sweet treat items to sell at the Fall Festival. We ask that you please individually wrap items ready to sell. You may cut and wrap each item with plastic wrap or place them in clear plastic bags or containers. It is very helpful to know what the item is made of and what you call it. Also, when turning items in please note how much you would like the items to be sold for BUT PLEASE DO NOT LABEL EACH INDIVIDUAL ITEM WITH A PRICE. In order to sell fresh goods, please refrain from making items too far in advance; making day of, or 1-2 days in advance is appreciated.

Items submitted only to the bake sale will not be entered in the Bake-Off Competition. To enter the Bake-Off Competition, see above and click the button to register.
