Hospitality Helpers set up, serve, and clean up donuts & beverages after our Sunday Masses and may facilitate refreshments for special events like the Feast of the Holy Family and Corpus Christi.
Each Sunday Hospitality shift has one "Lead" position (taken by an individual with experience running hospitality) and two assistant positions that are perfect for new and experienced volunteers alike! Children are welcome to help with non-kitchen tasks like wiping tables and pouring juice.
Uncertain about the responsibilities? Don't worry! In addition to having the guidance of a shift Lead, there is always a binder of detailed instructions on the kitchen counter to help you along.

Rundown of Tasks
- Set out napkins, plates, cups, trays, cash box/pay square/QR Code
- Make & pour coffee, juice mix, & hot water
- Keep trays of refreshments stocked
- Wash dishes
- Wipe down tables
- Replenish supplies for next Mass
- Collect cash
- Put away clean dishes and unused supplies
